On Friday the 21st of July 2023, Lorraine, Jessica, Luke & I headed off for a weekend playing tourist in Canberra. We braved the cold for some outside activities. The weekend started off with a trip to the Dinosaur Museum followed by a walk around Cockington Green and then to the Walk in Aviary. We also spent Saturday walking around the Zoo & Aquarium and finish off Sunday with a trip to Ainslie Lookout and Questacon.
At the Aviary we got to be hands on and up close to the birds, feeding them some apple and worms. The variety and colours were amazing. If you find yourself in Canberra do the trip over to see Mick and the gang and don’t miss seeing the beautiful birds.
